Thank you for choosing Keepsake Journey! We take great care in preserving your flowers and creating timeless keepsakes. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing & Production Times
- Flower Preservation Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, our turnaround time is 15–20 weeks (longer during peak seasons).
- Personalized Keepsakes & Non-Flower Custom Orders: Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on the product.
- Corporate Orders or Large Bulk Orders: Processing time will be determined at the time of order placement. This will vary based on the quantity and availability of the order.
- Rush Orders: Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
2. Shipping Information
- We ship within the United States only at this time.
- All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Costs
- Fresh flower shipment to Keepsake Journey will be covered by the client. We do not send any items or labels, those are to be sourced by client. After order is placed, we will send a Shipping Instruction PDF file that will walk you through how to successfully ship flowers to us.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
- Free shipping may be available for select products or promotions.
