3. Complete checkout.
4. After checkout, you will receive a message with our studio mailing address.
5. You can drop off at our Jasper, IN studio or place the casing in a secure package along with a piece of paper that includes:

• Your full name
• Your Shopify order number

6. Ship the casing to our studio for engraving.

Once your casing arrives, it will be engraved and returned within approximately 5–7 business days.

• Service-related wording

Engraving space is limited. Shorter wording typically produces a clearer and more readable design.

IMPORTANT CASING INFORMATION

The casing is not included with this purchase.

You must mail your own empty, previously fired casing to our studio. Do not send live ammunition, primers, gunpowder, or any casing containing hazardous material.

Only empty and safe-to-handle casings will be accepted.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their casings to our studio.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking. Keepsake Journey is not responsible for casings or packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed while being shipped to or from our studio.
